Louise, a native of Sonoma County, has witnessed the changing landscape of the cities and countryside over the years. After gaining experience as an appraiser assistant and becoming a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, she started her own business, Solid Foundation Appraisals, in 2012. With 160 to 250 appraisals conducted annually in Sonoma & Marin County, she has developed a deep understanding of the local neighborhoods.

While she excelled as an appraiser, Louise missed the personal connection with clients. Encouraged by Vicki Thiessen, she obtained her Real Estate sales license. She believes in building relationships with clients to understand their needs and desires. Real Estate was always an industry that piqued her interest. After completing her undergraduate degree, she decided to enter the industry in order to explore her passion for organizing and assisting. In addition, she had the opportunity to train under a professional who has been working in this field for many years. Her local university even allowed her to spearhead their annual Real Estate conference.
