What is a "No Handcuff Listing"?
We don’t like you to make deals with someone who tries to force you into listing with them. If you think that it's working out for you. Having an option where you can cancel your contract from each other with minimum hassle is a great assurance. Listing doesn't need to be a burden.
Seller Takes on a Huge Risk
Now anytime a seller looks at hiring an agent, we believe that a seller takes on a huge risk; why? Because a seller really doesn’t know what they’re getting and can only go by what an agent is saying they will do to sell the home. We have designed a program that transfers the risk and accountability off of the seller and onto us to perform; which is the way it should be.
Right to Cancel
If we thought it made sense to work together, we offer a ONE DAY AGREEMENT that is very simple. As long as things are moving the way we both want, we keep moving forward to get the home sold, but if there comes a time where a seller thinks we are not holding up on our end, then the seller has the right to cancel the contract.
Seller's Trust
We want sellers to not “think” we are doing our part, but we want sellers to “believe” that we are doing everything we possibly can to get the property sold. If there’s ever a day where a seller feels differently then we want them to hold the keys to their future.
Get the Help You Need
If you’re frustrated with the lack of access to homes for sale, talk to your agent about it. There is improvement in new listings, which could give you the perfect opportunity to buy what you want at the lowest interest rates for the foreseeable future. On the other hand, waiting too long doesn't seem to have the same benefits, and it could end up costing you.
